Sue Fisher

Sue Fisher has lived in Florida since 2016. Originally from the Chicagoland area, she is now proud to call Gainesville home, and her move to Florida is actually what inspired her Real Estate career!

Sue attended Dominican University in River Forest, Illinois majoring in both Business and Fashion, and spending her Junior year living and studying in London. She began her career in Retail where she worked for the Limited Corporation (Express, Bath & Body Works and White Barn Candle Company) as a District Sales Manager, opening and overseeing multi-unit stores that covered the greater Chicago, Milwaukee, and Eastern Iowa territories. Sue later transitioned into the financial industry where she held positions such as Executive Vice President of Retail Banking, Director of Marketing, and Sales Manager for regional banks in the Chicago market.

Sue’s real estate career officially started with her move to Florida. She began in Commercial Real Estate, focusing on Retail, Office, and Industrial Tenant and Landlord Representation services. Her collective past professional experience has led to her solutions-based approach when working with her clients to effectively meet their needs. Her main objective is to add value to every customer by finding the ideal property within the market that will ultimately set them up for continued success. Regardless of whether you’re looking for your next commercial or residential property, Sue’s consistent approach and enthusiasm for real estate is unmatched. She is both resourceful and committed to those she serves, while always delivering an amazing brand experience.

When she’s not working, Sue loves everything local; from restaurants to shops, pop-up markets, live music, art festivals, and everything in between. She enjoys traveling, and will always take a detour for an antique shop. Sue has been married for over 30 years to her husband, Brian. They have a son, Sebastian, and two rescue dogs, Pippa and Delilah.

Sue is also deeply invested in our community. She has been actively involved in the Builders Association of North Central Florida (BANCF) since 2016 where she holds roles as Board Director, Secretary, Ambassador, and Committee Chair. Give her a call to discuss your next move!
