Neil Holloway

Neil Holloway moved to Gainesville in 2010 to attend the University of Florida. As a student he found himself far more interested in the area’s local real estate market, and what he believed to be a golden opportunity to invest in rental properties at an incredible discount. After graduating in 2012, he applied himself full time to this pursuit.

He now joins the Thomas Group’s commercial team with over 13 years’ experience as a real estate investor. With a portfolio spanning luxury rental houses in Cocoa Beach to planted pine forests in North Florida, he is also personally invested in Gainesville’s local economy where his wife owns and manages one of Florida’s first non-toxic nail salons: the Enso Nail Boutique in Tioga Town Center. With a commitment to honesty and excellence, he applies all of this real-world knowledge and experience towards helping others achieve their own investment goals.

Raised on Florida’s Space Coast by two Air Force veterans (his father served in Vietnam as a pilot and his mother in the Gulf War as a medic), he has a deep appreciation for the sacrifices his parents made for their country, and honors their legacy in his work and personal life. He enjoys spending his free time with his growing family, and working on a shared passion project with his wife and father; planting and growing a native food forest on his family’s old homestead.
